Accessing Care Reminders is quick and simple.
Sign into your myBlueCross profile or register at
PatriusHealth.com/GetStarted.
Once logged in, go to the “myHealth” section and select Care Reminders
View your Care Reminders and make keeping up and taking charge of your health easy!
